Braden Sutphin’s Tint-Graphix series is a water base flexo series developed for tinting ink applications. This series was designed to print on paper substrates. Most applications are to tint papers for bank deposit slips, file folders and applications that require specific color requirements. Our most popular line of water base flexo inks offers excellent press stability, low maintenance features.

Technical Information

Equipment Specifications: Tint-Graphix inks were developed to work with various tinting ink applications and are compatible to run on GP Tinters. For other tinting equipment we recommended contacting our Technical Department.

Quality Control: Viscosity: Press-ready at 20 – 25 seconds #3 Zhan cup with pH of 9.0 – 9.5.

Shelf Life: Inks remain effective up to 6 months when stored in a sealed container at 50-70° F.

Resistance: Call our technical department at 414.461.4999 to discuss formulation for specific requirements.

Colors: Base and color matches available on request and custom developed to meet job specifications.

To ensure optimum performance, this product should be used within six months from manufacture date. Pre-testing on actual substrate is always recommended.
